A total of eight teams are participating in the tournament.

 The 15th edition of Nehru Cup 2012 is all set to kick start from 23rd of august.A total of 5 teams will be participating in round-robin style in the tournament. The tournament will be hosted in New Delhi, India.

India's participation in olympics 2012[Schedule And Results]

India's participation at the 2012 London Olympics in London, United Kingdom, from 27 July to 12 August 2012 includes 83 atheletes participating in 13 different sports. It is said that ,the Indian government spent over IRs. 250 crores to prepare for the games. Sushil Kumar was the flag bearer in the opening ceremony.

Gagan Narang[10 metre air rifle] became the first to win the Olympic medal in 2012[bronze].

Nepal's Participation in London Olympic Games 2012

Nepal is up for the olympics once again since its first appearance in 1964.Nepal participated with 4 boxers and two marathon runners in 1964 Tokyo olympics.It has been 50 years since Nepal has secured a Medal in Olympic Games.Although the is no any perfect ray of hope to end this drought this year, we should all pray for better performance from our players.
A total of 5 players will participate in 3 different sports which includes atheletics, swimming and shooting.
